Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, in exceptional cases, special consideration may be given if:

  • The product is in saleable condition

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • Any accompanying gifts or bonuses received with the item are returned (if applicable)

  • The return request is made within 3 days of purchase

Please note that digital products such as e-books are non-refundable for change-of-mind requests.

Faulty or Defective Products

  4. Unboxing Video Requirement: To process any claim, you must provide a clear video of the package being opened, showing the parcel and our store name visibly displayed. This video will serve as proof in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
